How to return or exchange an order?

By making purchases on our website, you have the right to return the purchased furniture or exchange it!
In order to return or exchange furniture, you must comply with simple conditions:

- returned / exchanged goods must be new, i.e. not have traces of use and use (scratches, chips, abrasions and other damage);
- intact original factory packaging of the goods and all its components (traces of careful opening of the packaging for inspection of the goods are allowed);
- the complete set of goods, labels, instructions, factory markings and presentation are preserved;
- there is a document confirming the fact of purchase and / or payment for the goods (for example, a sales receipt / waybill).

Can I return/exchange the product if the receipt is lost?

We will try to help you, even if, in accordance with the law of Ukraine On the Protection of Consumer Rights, when the Buyer returns the goods or refuses the service provided, the seller submits an application for a refund, which must be accompanied by a receipt, sales or cash receipt, invoice (payment document). confirming the purchase of goods (provision of services). We keep a record of all orders, so the client just needs to call us and provide data for whom the order was placed so that we can identify the purchase.

 

How long will the money be returned?

The money paid for the furniture is returned to the Buyer within 7 business days (or another agreed period) in the same way that the purchase was paid, only after the actual return of the goods to the seller.

 

Can I get money back to another card?

Regardless of how the client paid, the money can be returned to any card/account belonging to the buyer.
